Job Description:
- Demonstrated knowledge of information security principles, standards, practices and subject areas.
- Act as internal consultant to all areas of the organization, providing expertise and advice on the security components of information systems and emerging information technologies.
- Provide guidance and counsel to the CIO and key members of the leadership team in defining objectives for information security, while building relationships and goodwill.
- Manage external and internal vulnerabilities and be accountable to resolve those vulnerabilities in a timely fashion
- Maintain and execute end user security awareness training.
- Anticipate IT industry future direction and how it relates to future security needs and projects
- Interface across several channels within IT and the organization, to proactively assist in defining security direction on future projects
- Provide ad-hoc support to the IT Operations Manager for special network related initiatives and projects
- Develop and maintain enterprise Information Security policies and Manage external and internal auditors
- Ensure security policies are enforced by periodic review of systems, applications and processes as well as monitoring compliance among employees, contractors, third parties and refer problems to appropriate manager
- Monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels are maintained.
- Perform information security risk assessments and serve as the internal auditor for information security processes.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Preferably from BFSI industry.
