Job Description:

• Demonstrated knowledge of information security principles, standards, practices and subject areas.
• Act as internal consultant to all areas of the organization, providing expertise and advice on the security components of information systems and emerging information technologies.
• Provide guidance and counsel to the CIO and key members of the leadership team in defining objectives for information security, while building relationships and goodwill.
• Manage external and internal vulnerabilities and be accountable to resolve those vulnerabilities in a timely fashion
• Maintain and execute end user security awareness training.
• Anticipate IT industry future direction and how it relates to future security needs and projects
• Interface across several channels within IT and the organization, to proactively assist in defining security direction on future projects
• Provide ad-hoc support to the IT Operations Manager for special network related initiatives and projects
• Develop and maintain enterprise Information Security policies and Manage external and internal auditors
• Ensure security policies are enforced by periodic review of systems, applications and processes as well as monitoring compliance among employees, contractors, third parties and refer problems to appropriate manager
• Monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels are maintained.
• Perform information security risk assessments and serve as the internal auditor for information security processes.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Preferably from BFSI industry.
