Description:

Will be responsible for the channel target of the circle which will be met through a team of company resources mapped to the bank employees

Channel Management focus: Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees

Sales driving skills and team management: Will be driving own team of TLs and Sales Executives on parameters of Acquisition, Activation and all Value Added products through regular team meetings, one on one interactions, concallsetc

Initiatives and influence:- Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers
