About our Trainer

Aparna Gonate has a richly diverse experience of 18+ years in HR and Banking Operations. Aparna’s mind has always been inclined toward Human Psychology. Her core interests include devising processes and strategies to promote healthy, ethical, and productive workplaces. Currently, she shoulders responsibility as HR Advisory Board Member for various IT and Non-IT startups providing subject matter expertise on People, Processes, and Practices. She is well known for decoding complex HR and Social topics and developing rich content which is easy to understand and implement. rich experience in HR, Learning & Development. She is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion champion and a PoSH consultant. She has also done an HRM module from Harvard Extension School, Boston.

She has trained more than 2000 individuals to become successful PoSH Trainers. She is a Recipient of HR Conclave Awards 2023 – for contribution in the space of PoSH, DEI and Women Safety and is a Certified PoSH Trainer
