Job Description:

  • Accounts
  • Manage and process finance and accounting transactions for sales, purchases, vendors, consultants etc.
  • Development, Implementation and monitoring of budgets in conjunction with management
  • Coordinate for excise related matters; if applicable.
  • Prepare and process all the taxes applicable.
  • Finalization of accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable.
  • Manage cash and expenses.
  • Assist in management of insurance.
  • Manage corporate and personal tax administration.
  • Developing costing and cost accounting for departments.
  • Preparation financial statements and reports.
  • Liaising with banks, financial institutions and other statutory authorities.
  • Manage internal audits.
  • Ensure and maintain documentation for transfer / sales of assets and scraps.
  • Prepare reports based on profit centre and cost centre activities.

  • Obtain funds for working capital (if applicable) and ensure efficient utilization of funds.
  • Achieve goal of funding the company through equity route and do away with debt fund.
  • Manage cash flows and financial risks.
  • Study project feasibility and undertaking new projects.
  • Ensure the annual reports are prepared as per standard norms.
  • Ensure proper utilization of available tax benefits / schemes.
  • Management of insurance.
  • Ensure the coverage of insurance for all properties / assets.
  • Coordinate with functional heads to implement cost cutting measures. Finalize ways and means for cost cutting.

 

Education Requirement:

M.B.A.

B.Com.

Skills Required:

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Preferably from FMCG/Pharma company.  Age Limit of maximum 38 years
