Roles and Responsibilities:
 Coordinating for all logistics & Documentation as required.
 Understanding of Forex rules & Regulations.
 Communicate with export related authorities, when necessary.
 Ensure smooth flow of transportation of goods till it is ready for shipment.
 Assist in all the outdoor activities of export division in terms of logistics such as being present at  the time of shipment and from whichever port the shipment is being dispatched.
 Dealing with banks and other document related agencies such as surveyor and govt., agencies.
 Follow up with CHA, factory for goods to be shipped in the container
 Liaise with various authorities such as BMC and Indian merchant chambers for certificates
 Get labels printed and dispatched to factory
 Checking of goods received at port directly from factory
 Assist and Follow up with materials and production department with the packing material and also the deliveries of finished goods as per orders confirmed
 Should be well versed with export documentation and should assist managers in negotiation of documents with banks
 Coordination with shipping lines, export surveyors, central excise, customs and various other related departments
 Should liaise with various departments within the organization for smooth functioning of division
 Record and report on activities and results relating to import/export activities
 Maintain and update databases of offers, orders, payments, claims and deliveries
 Updates of the customer database
 Reporting, communication and liaison with various authorities as per requirement
 Submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example: shipping schedules; letters of credit; BRC and ECGD documents; credit control mechanisms; licenses’; declarations; packing, routing, transport and safety documentation

Qualification:
Diploma in export and import / diploma in international business
