– Good Knowledge on Charging & Billing System

– Hands-on experience in Software Development in any of the below

– Telecom applications (Online application, CRM, CSC, Payment Gateway, Financial Module etc)

– Telecom (Webservices / SOAP /MQ middleware, C sharp, Order management etc)

– .Net Developer

– IT/Software Planning Experience

– Good management process skill
