Job Description:
Reception duties
Attend to all the incoming and outgoing calls
Attending customer complaint calls and ensures timely feedback for the same from the concern department.
Assess received calls/inquiries and direct and/or record and relay messages.
Prepare and process outgoing mail
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Operating Fax
Upkeep and maintenance of reception area plus other office areas.
Attendance and Visitors management
Maintain accurate and complete sign-in/sign-out procedures for visitors.
Notify supervisors regarding staff absences/delays
Managing MIS of visitors
General Administration
Tracking of Insurance renewal.
Tracking of Telephone, Electricity & courier bills and ensure timely payment before due date.
Timely payment of Directors Credit Card.
Fixing appointment for Company’s Cars for Servicing.
Maintaining CMD’s secretaries files.
Required Skill Set:
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in managing EPBX
English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Behavioral Competencies
Excellent verbal communication in English as well as regional language
Should have a keen eye for details
Must posses high levels of integrity

Education: Any Graduate / Age between: 18 – 28 years
