Job description for LTE Layer 2:

1. Have minimum 3 years of development experience in MAC, RLC, PDCP and RRC layers
2. Have good experience in analyzing and debugging of Layer 2 protocols.
3. Person should independently handle all development activities of layer2 including new features design, implementation, unit testing, bug fixing and very good understanding of 3GPP conformance specifications.
4. Good understanding of Linux thread programming and Inter process(or) communication.
5. Experience of debugging real time issues and solving them.
6. Experience of using different debugging tools Ex. Gdb, code coverage tools, code optimization tools etc.
7. Experience in measuring the performance of layer 2 protocols.
8. Working experience on any real time operating system is an added advantage

Job description for Layer 3(NAS) LTE 

1. Minimum 4yrs exp in LTE UE NAS Layer and very good understanding of EMM & ESM procedures
2. Very good knowledge of AT commands
3. Very good knowledge of NAS layer communication with other layers including application layers.
4. Person should independently handle all development activities of NAS layer including new features design, implementation, unit testing, interface with other layers, bug fixing and very good understanding of 3GPP NAS and conformance specifications.
5. Good understanding of Linux thread programming and Inter process(or) communication.
6. Experience of debugging real time issues and solving them.
7. Experience of using different debugging tools Ex. Gdb debugger, code coverage tools, code optimization tools etc.
8. Working experience on any real time operating system is an added advantage
