Description:
This position of Technical Manager requires someone who has thorough knowledge of SharePoint out of the box as well as custom coding skills. Good Knowledge in O365, C#, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and web services. Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with client, peers and lead the team.
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies with a minimum of 8 years of software development experience.
- Must have worked 5+ years in C#
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in SQL programming familiar with database design principles and tuning.
- Minimum experience of 2+ years of SharePoint online experience
- Ability to independently design and develop complete business solutions
- Ability to evaluate competing technologies and decide on appropriate choice
- Guide team to help mastering the technology at work
- Project effort estimation and costing
- Team development
- Must be well conversant with latest design patterns.
- Very strong in Object Oriented Programming.
- Detailed understanding of MVC framework
- Familiarity with Azure services and application development on Azure
- Must have worked on at least one project’s design and development as an architect.
- Should be able to do administrative activities in IIS.
- Understanding of SOA and web services
- Proven track record of mentoring software developers
- Must have excellent communication skills in working with customers and internal sales team to assist with pre-sales efforts
- Prior consulting experience as an independent contributor or with a consulting firm
- Technical project management experience
- Experience in security implementations
