She leads the delivery team located across India and ensures that the recruitment mandates are fulfilled on time and with the utmost efficiency. She is the co-founder of FAVE HR Solutions. She has over 7 years of experience in the HR industry across – recruitment, resource management, strategic planning, operations, and business development. She has rich and proven experience in servicing clients in various verticals like – BFSI, Media, Travels, IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Real Estate, Entertainment Retail. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
Shirin Ara
Shirin Ara is responsible for handling the overall operations of FAVE HR Solutions. She is the founder and has over 14 years of experience in areas of Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Operations, Compensation Management, Succession Planning, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Organizational Development interventions, and best practice programs. At FAVE HR Solutions she oversees the services provided – Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, RPO, HRO, Payroll Management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies and is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from Mumbai University.
